2007 BYSL HOUSE COACHES EVALUATION FORM 1.23.08

Dear House Soccer Parents,

With the 2008 Soccer season quickly approaching, the league wants to ask for feedback on your child's coaches from last season. Coaches are a vital component to our success -- they dedicate countless hours to the children of this league, and they are the league person with whom you are most likely to interact. We would really like to hear the positive comments you have . If necessary, also share constructive criticism. Your feedback is very important to us as we start the process of selecting and training coaches for the upcoming season.

Please find an evaluation form here. For convenience, you can fill out the form electronically (you will need Microsoft Word to do this), and e-mail the form back to mailto:house@beniciasoccer.org. We would appreciate feedback about head coaches and assistants – you can send a separate file for each. If you have more than one child in the program, please take the time to provide feedback on all coaches.

If you wish for your evaluation to remain confidential, you can mail it to the soccer office noted on the bottom of the form. If you cannot open a Microsoft Word document, please click here to download an Adobe Acrobat PDF version of this form.

The BYSL House League is for recreational players. All U6 through U8 children are part of the House program, as well as those U10 through U19 who are not a part of the Arsenal FC (select) program. Below are resources for House players and parents to help you throughout the season.

STANDINGS NOW POSTED

The standings are posted for all House teams above the U10 age group. Go to the STANDINGS page to see where your team sits on the table. Note that in the U6, U7, U8 and U10 age groups that standings are not kept.
