STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION: The first step of a two step registration process. Online registration is required for BOTH BYSL House and Arsenal FC players.

All players must turn in 2 completed and signed copies of the CYSA 1601 form. These signatures must be in BLUE INK. To access this form, click on the link on the final online registration page under “Documents That You Must Provide” or on your confirmation e-mail that you will receive the next day.

Step 2: FINAL STEP TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION – Must be completed for all players wishing to play in the House program. Arsenal FC players should NOT complete step 2 of the registration process. We will not accept any documents or payments by mail or dropped off at the BYSL offices.

| 2008 House Registration Fees: |
• U6 through U8 - $95 per player
• U10 through U12 - $110 per player
• U14 and older - $115 per player
A Late Fee of $50 will be assessed for registrations taken after April 13th. If you do not complete your registration by April 13th, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

Volunteer Deposit: $100 per family. This deposit is collected upon your entry into the League. If you meet the minimum volunteer requirement of 6 hours for one child or 8 hours per family, your deposit will be forwarded to the next season. If you do not satisfy the volunteer requirement, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be due the next season.
Document Verification: You will be REQUIRED to bring a copy of a birth certificate for each child playing in the league. For children playing U14 and older (12 years old as of July 31, 2008) you must also provide a photo 1” x 1” of the player’s face, in color with NO hats or sunglasses. These documents must be presented in order for your child to register.
